At Keela Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
